Also, I've been out of whack lately with life things and haven't been able to do much more than lurk but page 4000 was amazing!!! Had so much fun seeing everyone's artwork and new fics.

Also also... I noticed a little pop of negativity some pages back and I have to say I'm very relieved it was acknowledged. I'm so glad to have this safe haven for varying ideas and opinions without things going balls out flame war! This really is an amazing group we have going here.

I think the Inquisition Mage is definitely Solas. He's the complete opposite of Vivienne, of course she's going to clash with him. She's the Grand Enchanter, he's an apostate. She's the epitome of fashion, and he wears long johns for pants. So I think we're down to two mages, UNLESS they include Dorian, and Dorian happens to be flaily hands guy.

 

But wasn't there a concept art where Flaily was handing a big golden sword that looked like a key to the female Qunari Inquisitor? Could Flaily maybe just be the leader of "The Golden Keys" and offering his services to her?

I thought Flaily would be the Red Fist leader, Scribey, (who was also in the survey), the leader of the Golden Keys and Leliana/Mystery Lady the leader of the Purple Crows.

I don't think Cullen could fill that role because as a Templar, he's too controversial to be a neutral, important NPC

I also want to add that I think Cullen is definitely in as a companion, because he's got not only a Grand Enchanter to keep an eye on, but now there's an apostate mage in the mix. Imagine all the conflict that Bioware would lose from the story alone if Cullen wasn't in that group. Not to mention, if Dorian Pavus is in the group. A Tevinter Magister. Cullen would just about go nuts.

So it's more like the Warden survived, the Warden US'd themselves or Alistair/Loghain US'd, (3) but meanwhile, Anora's Queen, Bhelen's King, Zathrian lives on....(2), while Bella sets up a tavern because you gave her money (1)?

Choices we made in the previous games? Oh Maker, this is gonna go badly!

Sort of. Only that there are hundreds of minor choices and 40 large ones .
Though I think that the few base endings might be more different from each other than in DAO.

Yeah. Those were just top of my head stuff. I wonder what constitutes a choice though? Is it the individual decisions or the sum of the possible decisions available in a given situation? (Probably the former)

I'd say the former.
Anyway, I'm glad they clarify what they meant (OXM and Gamestar might've misunderstood). I like those numbers and approach.

I'm wondering if there's gonna be crafting...well really I should say to what depths do they plan on taking it, and what are all the things we will be able to craft. From armor, to potions, to the maybe the security of our keep.
