I kept distracting him with the dog and getting him from afar.. my poor dog was the ultimate sacrifice many times in that fight.

I activated my dog, but the stupid Arishok ignored him and just kept chasing me!

what about berserker...is that still considered a warrior? Even if he is, doesn't mean we won't have more companions that are warriors, compared to the previous games.

I'm not sure a mabari counts as a companion, technically they made him/her an ability in DA2...

 

 

I think he/she could be DLC. 

 

Well, they aren't doing companion DLC in DAI, so if they do bring the mabari companion in again then it would probably be a specialisation or a main hub pet that just runs around in there, like the robo dog in ME3.

Ya know how Anders sorta flirts at you when you pick the "good" option? Hopefully someone (Iron Bull) will hit on us this time if you pick the clever/sarcastic option. Or just in general. As long as someone hits on my Inquisitor. In a pleasant and non-revolting way. That'd be a change, especially if he's not romanceable. Like the James Vega flirting (minus awful Citadel part). Someone to flirt with even if it goes no where, but they don't just ignore it (like Aveline).

 

I was also thinking how nice it'd be to have a mini-game at our keep. I want to play Wicked Grace for reals!!

I can just imagine the outrage if a MaleQuisitor got hit on by the Iron Bull.

I think Patrick's definitely writing an elf. Whether he's a companion or anything, we don't know. He could be Solas. He could be a randomer.

You know... Cullen waiting around at the keep for us has gotten my plot bunnies in a stir. That might even be a fun mini fic challenge, imagining what he's been doing while you're away. Like, a 100 word description.

I really wish I knew what Mary and Sheryl look like. All the other writers I have some vague idea what they'll look like typing away on their typewriter. When I get to Mary, I picture a giant Chain Chomp head, and Sheryl's just pseudocognition's Wynne. Still in 2D.

Seconded. I am usually psyched when someone hits on my pc regardless of their relative attractiveness. How sad is that
