Not lost in translation. Just plain wrong. Solace != Solas, for ex. Just like xbox said Morrigan was a follower. These dudes get the details wrong all the time. Heck, even the Game Informer articles got one or two things wrong.  I think MMG's right to be skeptical.

 

That being said, whether or not they're named "Sera" and "Iron Bull" two characters who looked like them were seen by multiple sets of journalist eyes acting like followers in a demo. I'm willing to accept that as tacit confirmation of those two characters. 

 

Agreed. And the devs already said that Morrigan is just an important npc anyway.

2 sorta did away with love triangles, didn't it? I kinda liked that, as it was harder to be ninja-manced (unless the game glitched). But on the other hand, they can be pretty funny. Especially the party banter between the love interests. I'm definitely looking forward to party comments on one's love interest. I always make characters that end up hitting on everyone. Can't resist heart icon. If they ended up doing 4 or 6 playersexual romances again -and- enabled triangles (or squares, etc..) that would be pretty.. glorious.

To my knowledge still just heavily hinted by his Twitter avatar, etc. 

 

And, yeah, on GW, I don't believe there's evidence of any kind to point to his writer. I don't believe any of the devs have discussed the rumored the GW dude.

There's Jennifer Hepler and Tonia Laird, but they both left Bioware a while back. There's a woman named Sylvia Feketekuty who is also a writer for DAI, but I haven't heard much about her. She wrote Liara and Glyph in ME3, plus a few of the missions.

That's quite interesting since I like Liara in ME3 (definitely more than in ME1, where I avoid her when I can ). She's got some of my favourite scenes, so I wouldn't mind her writing something for DAI.
