Yeah, I think so. Altho I think they also said that no one else can use Bianca, tho.

Crossbows are suddenly very valuable.   (I do hope we can equip our warriors with crossbows again. I liked the versatility of having my warriors still capable of brief distanced fighting. Also, Cullen with a crossbow. Yes.)

Actually they've already confirmed this for DA:I. You get to decide for your companions whether they sword n board or two-hand, in contrast to DA2.

Yup. Unfortunately, to keep Varric in my party, I will have to spec him with daggers to keep my party balanced.

I know it seemed very... I dunno, unrealistic that I couldn't give all my party members a long distance weapon.

Same here. I love archery in these Dragon Age games, so if Varric wants to tag along with (most of) my rogues, he's going to need a change in equipment.

True. I think it depended on the region and a person's occupation and it always seems that religiously affiliated guys were pretty well groomed, though I'm hardly an expert on the matter. But in this day and age, for me anyway, keeping it neat is nicer.

I wonder if this is the Emerald Graves mentioned in the new Xbox article? The "vast elven burial ground"? On the other hand it's supposed to be a verdant forest. Hmm.

@Lady R2, I think the second picture you posted, "In places untouched by the feet of Man, in shadows unspoiled by the fires of Right", is the most likely suspect for the Emerald Graves. As for the "Here lies the abyss, the well of all souls. From these emerald waters doth life begin anew" picture, I think that the location depicted is something hidden, perhaps by magic, deep within the wilderness. It strikes me as something not seen by man for quite some time.

To clarify, I know that we can equip companions as we choose (2H or S&S, for example), but I felt it hurt Cullen's chances if the default versions of both Cass and the Grey Warden were S&S.
