So this is silly. Going back to my idea of the mini 100-word fic about what Cullen's been doing around the castle while Inquisitor's been out saving the world, decided to jot one down that started hippity-hopping 'round my brain.

I recognize that you have only just returned, but I will NOT tolerate this in my kitchen! I looked the other way when the man started growing Andraste’s Grace in a corner of my vegetable garden. I silently obeyed when he changed the menu and ordered dinner served in your chambers each time you return from the field. But I draw the line at baking at my hearth! Heh same here, after ME3 dropped and all the.....kerfluffle after, the Kaidan thread really did become a 'sanctuary' from the toxicity in the rest of the forum. When it was closed I pretty much lost any enthusiasm for looking in on the BSN . Until recently anyway.

Basically, you ask him to tell you more about himself. Then ask if he's married or if he has a family. He'll ask if you're married. Say you're not. Then he'll try to flirt with you. Answer he's a flatterer and there you have it.

I love Anders. A guy like that IRL would be creepy as **** but it works in the game. "I would drown us in blood to keep you safe."

Plus the idea of Hawke giving up her fancy new life and title to go on the run in the end is pretty romantic.

 

It's like Hawke ended up with her Mother's life. Running away with an apostate, presumably back to Ferelden?

Wrex and Mordin from Mass Effect. Um, I've always rather liked Leon Kennedy from the Resident Evil franchise. Otacon from Metal Gear Solid. Yuffie from Final Fantasy 7. KOS-MOS from Xenosaga (I always regretted never finishing that series).

Deep dark confession time for me. DAO was in a sense my first 'real' game in, oh, 20 years. So other than the DA cast, no husbandos for me     Donkey Kong didn't really do it for me ya know?

 

Well, unless you count Vaughn in Harvest Moon Sunshine Islands. Or, and I can't believe I'm admitting this, the various princes in Princess Debut.

I love how Ulfric just lounges on his thrown like a boss.  And talks to you with, yes, that voice.  He's kind of intimidating, but super sexy. 

 

He actually inspired me to begin writing an AU fic that involved him basically holding my bosmer hostage and... doing things.. to him. And then I realized I wasn't 17 and had no business writing silliness like that.
