This is gonna sound kinda odd, but out of the companions we've seen so far (via in-game assets or concept art), I think Solas' face looks the most generic.

Hm, perhaps generic is the wrong word. To me, he just doesn't physically look as customised and unique as the other companions. Like, I couldn't even begin to imagine what his personality might be like... a man who has no interest in worldly possessions, perhaps? A nomad due to being an apostate? I've no idea.

So far he kind of gives me that 'Jolee Bindo' vibe. He's from kotor for those of you that don't know. And he was one of my fave characters from that game. So I'm hoping Solas is somewhat like him

Hmm,so no Kirkwall or Starkhaven after all,well at least we get to visit Orlais and the Dales!And good old Ferelden ain't bad either I'd like to see how it looks in frostbite...Who knows perhaps we'll get to visit Nevarra and Tevinter in the next game.

I am too. Plus I'm curious about what's going on in Ferelden especially given King Alistair's remark in Act 3.

Bickering with Orlais, probably. So long as a romanced King Alistair isn't considering shacking up with the Empress like his brother was!

No Kirkwall begs several questions. What the hell is the red stuff in the latest Vivienne pictures and what's with all the chains? Maybe we're going to another Ancient Tevinter stronghold? Or even the Black City?

The red stuff was also all over that room with the Tevinter banners in the environment video. I'm almost starting to imagine like red lyrium outbreaks whereever the bad guys are doing Bad Red Lyrium Break the Veil kind of bad things. How freakin' cool would that be??

It's a shame, I was hoping that picture of Vivienne near the building with all the chains and red lyrium was Kirkwall. I'd hoped that maybe the red lyrium had grown and gone crazy around there due to the whole Meredith thing.

Man oh man, this is an utter mess now. Like, have Sera and Iron Bull been confirmed straight out of any Dev's mouth? (Didn't someone say that Iron Bull was one of the companion food items? Chili Dog? Is that enough for confirmation?) And no Kirkwall? Awww. Too bad.

At this point, I'd be pretty sad if they do give him hair. It feels like part of his character now.   There'd need to be banners: "I LIKED SOLAS EVEN WHEN HE HAD NO HAIR."

I'm eating lunch right now, but it's in one of the Solas threads... there were several when he was first revealed.

So Nevarra is off the table. Really? How do we know for sure that what actually is written in those magazines is actually true??

 

Don't the journalists fact-check their information?

 

Now i'm getting confused about what actually will be in the game and what not (especially with social media). I guess we have to take on the role as "journalists" now and ask the devs to confirm if info is true or not.

 

And what about Bioware? Why aren't they letting the journalists know that what has been published is actually wrong!

 

And what about Iron Bull and Sera. I tell you, if there is no official confirmation from Bioware, I am not convinced both will be companions. Not until I see some characterkit or something!

I think his basic facial structure has to be pretty much set at this point, right? I admittedly know nothing about modeling, so maybe it wouldn't be such a big deal to change it up?
