Not sure about pre-order/if there's any reason my game wouldn't work internationally.

Urgh, so someone commented on my last DAI video saying "yeah, you suck"... of course, I took that as an opportunity to troll the person (lol), and then they're like "your video is good, but you jokes are bad, you leave needlessly long pauses when you speak, and that ending was cringey" 

 

Well, no sh!t! The joke was supposed to be bad, the ending was supposed to be cringey, and I left gaps in my speech so that people can tell where each bullet point ended, lol. Fuckin' hell, why sit through the whole thing if you don't like it?

 

... Obviously, I continued to be rude to the person because "YOLOSWAGYOLO".

It's like encountering a fanfic you don't like. Option #1: Move on and find one you do like. Option #2: Be a little b!tch and trash the person's writing in a review, even though that fiction was written with love and given freely to you to read and enjoy.

How do these people have so much idle time on their hands to spend on things they don't like or enjoy?  I never feel like I have enough time for the things I do enjoy, much less wasting it trying to find things to complain about.

Exactly. His second comment was a little more constructive but by that point I'm already in troll mode to bother being polite to him/her in return.

Well, okay! Accepted! 

 

And I don't count Cullen's running away from a flirtatious female mage as that. I would nope on right out of there too if a crush spoke to me for the first time and then was suddenly all "hey baby, wanna do it?" 

 

Yeah, I always considered Cullen's behavior the more reasonable one of the two honestly. He only runs if he's sexually propositioned, and it's a super weird circumstance to proposition someone - they don't know each other that well and he's just been talking very emotionally about how he was afraid he was going to have to kill her. Then the mage essentially responds with "That's nice, wanna bang?" It's just a weird spot to put Cullen in, and I don't blame him for not knowing how to react.

 

Not to mention the issue of the power dynamic, and that if Cullen showed any signs of favorable response he could be seen as taking advantage of her. Presumably it could have been the end of his career. It was probably wise to remove himself from such a problematic situation.

 

I had sort of been hoping for an Irish VA option, but I feel conflicted enough about my probably-going-to-be-super-Paragon Inquisitor having a last name I associate with a historical douchebag as it is.

 

Wait, back up a step - we know last names? How did I miss this bit of news?

Religious and spiritual people can flirt and can handle people flirting with them and turn them down like normal people if they're not interested, damn it. We're not magical beings that will instantaneously combust if someone mentions sex in earshot of us. 

 

Right? And we religious folk can make an embargo joke with the rest of them. 

 

It would be kind of fun if we did combust, though. More dramatic!

It's nice to see some other Poets fans, I don't run into them that very often. I love "Save me" and "Signs of Life" and my theme song for my Shepard/Kaidan was "War" it just fit perfectly.

 

Went to two concerts and met the band both times, they're just awesome, laid back guys, love em

How practically every elf seems to only have one name, and that Mahariel was only ever referred to on a single-name basis, which makes me suspect that any putative first name is in fact non-canon.

It's nice to see some other Poets fans, I don't run into them that very often. I love "Save me" and "Signs of Life" and my theme song for my Shepard/Kaidan was "War" it just fit perfectly.

"Carnival Of Rust" "Lift" "Revolution Roulette" "Locking Up the Sun" "Heal My Wounds" "Temple of Thought" "Ballad of Jeremiah" "Late Goodbye" "Given and Denied" "Everything Fades" "Dawn" "All the Way/4 U" "Someone Special" "Kamikaze Love" "The Lie Eternal" "Show Me This Life" aaaannd I think that's it for my fave tracks, though I can put my iPhone to randomly playing everything Poets from the artist section and be content to listen to them all day.

Oh, you happen to like Poets of the Fall? I completely missed that when I was skimming this thread. Ballad of Jeremiah Peacekeeper interests me especially because it almost sounds, in some way, applicable to Shepard (albeit perhaps requiring a gender flip).
