The levitating GG-cup breasts in DA2 are so stupid. Especially since they are all combined with a svelte, petite waist and otherwise delicate bone structure. Riiiight. Could such a person exist (minus the levitating boobanis), sure. Could all of Kirkwall be populated with them? Oh puh-lease.

I think the thing we forget is this is Varric telling the tale. I always wondered why my younger sister looked like... that... and then I'd remember "Oh, right, Varric... "

Oh, just as a side note, I got my DA:O to run on my laptop so that means I definitely need to do a clean install. I've no idea what happened this time except maybe my computer pouting because I took the disc out to play something else for a while (The Sims 3). And as soon as I finish my 2-year-old type throw-down, I'll get it done.

I think it'll be up to Inquisition to really test this. If everyone has tig bitties again, Varric's supposed to be in the now... unless they manage to make him be telling the story again.

Varric's embellishments are my go-to excuse for everything goofy in the game. Exploding enemies? Varric. Teleporting mages? Varric. Waves of enemies dropping from the sky? Varric. Unbearable dialogue after sexy times with Anders? ... Varric. /sigh

It only got bad when some teenyboppers started getting weird on me because my hair started looking like Justin Bieber's when he was younger. I nope'd right on out of that after the fact.

I wanted Joker as an LI too, but I kept my expectations low because I was incredibly skeptical. 

 

Then I played the game and the EDI thing happened and I laughed like a demented hyena for a... very long time. A long time.

I believe it's Feros where the Geth ship has attached itself to the side of the building. Where you have to figure out the right amount of pressure to snap the claw off.

Fortunately this only happens if I let it grow out without any sort of upkeep. I can still have it short and be safe with a weekly trim. 

 

Doubt I'd get anymore Bieber comparisons since I think he has a weird pompadour thing going on now.

It was so wrong that they did that. And I'm not really sure why I feel that way.

 

Maybe it was the extreme sexualization of EDI that bothered me. It didn't really hit me until I'd played all the way through the trilogy (so that would be my second time playing ME3). It just felt like a gimmick, getting her into that ridiculously sexy body (even the way the lines are drawn, over her ass, to simulate panties or something). But it was the way her relationship with Joker changed... I liked them better as friends (or frenemies lol). His interactions with her in ME2 were hilarious. 

 

Or maybe it's just because I shipped him and my Shepard. Who knows. 

 

Would I feel the same way if Cullen got a wife/lover in DA:I? Not sure. Maybe if it were handled with less humor and more respect for the character, I might be willing to forgive.
