Ok. Nevermind. I read the Exalted Plains blog entry. So that answers my question. If the elves are ever going to take back the Dales, they will need help - or time to grow strong enough to defeat Orlais. Which is hard when your people are scattered and hunted treated like second class citizens.

Oh oh, what if there is going to be a situation (as a result of choices made)  where the Inquisitor has to choose between two allies in order to progress the story?! Choose between a mage companion or a certain templar?.. Woh boy...

It seems like Greg isn't answering... lol! I can't help but envision him writing that tweet, standing up from his PC and tapping "enter" and jumping away! and then he leaves to let his PC beep like mad for the next couple of hours.

I think we'll get a better indication of this when the spoilers of TME start popping up. But given half a chance, I'd take it back in a heartbeat. Even if it's probably not the best idea as we go down the line.

Yeah my first quizzy is gonna be balls-to-the-wall die-hard Dalish lol Maybe not the smartest guy in the world. My second quizzy will probably be more thoughtful and will think about what's "best" for the people, even if they turn against him as a result. He'll be a mage.

Yeah, your second elf sounds more like my first, since she's more critical of the Dalish. Funnily enough, if I do play a die-hard Dalish, she'll be a mage, (and either my fourth or fifth playthrough, depending on how the dwarves look like)

I'm not quite sure how my Inquisitor will respond to the "plight" of the Dales. And considering how some were acting in the Masked Empire, he might be kiliing both Dalish and Orlesians.
