I realize I'm probably way behind with this...but do y'all think Cullen still has a very real possibility of being a companion? It seems almost all the companions have been confirmed except for 3? One of those 3 appears to be a Grey Warden that we saw in the GI videos though unless he's a temp companion. It appears that almost everything leaked in the survey was real and I'm pretty sure that guy in the survey looked exactly like Cullen...

My take on it is this: if the Dev's haven't said it, or if the character hasn't been seen in-party, then it's not confirmed. Hence, my personal hesitation on the Iron Bull being a party member. Another character that has me hesitating is Cole, as we've seen neither hide nor hair of him. Dorian, on the other hand, may have shown up in one of the concept arts, so I'm putting him as likely. So, the four I think we're waiting on firmer confirmation are: the Iron Bull, Dorian, Cole, and Cullen.
If the party is an equal 3{W}/3{M}/3{R}, then we're in serious trouble as far as Cullen goes. In this case, it's either Cullen or the Iron Bull, and the Iron Bull has been kinda confirmed by magazines, but not directly by the Devs.
If the party is unequal (4/3/2), then that gives us a lot of wiggle room. The over-stacked class will most-definitely be Warriors, as they can DPS and Tank. They will not give us four mages, and four rogues would be overkill. If this is the case, then I'm starting to think it's going to be 4{W}/3{M}/2{R}, with Cole being out. In fact, if there are four Warriors, then Cullen is sitting pretty, unless there's another character they've got hiding somewhere out there.
And that's my super-long thoughts that you totally didn't want to know.
