Paragon = more diplomatic/peaceful, Renegade = more aggressive and sometimes batshit crazy.

oh yea how DOES the save import work in ME?

For ME2, you have to start the MassEffect2Config.exe and tell it where your Mass Effect saves are. After that it's simple. Just start a new game and choose to import your Shepard from the first game. For ME3, you can simply start the game and click on the import ME2 character.

Ha! Awesome. I just finished downloading it to my PS3 (AT LONG LAST HOW DID I NOT KNOW I AM SUCH A FAILURE). It's a good game, and I love the ending credit musics.

I'd like to say, no, Paragon and Renegade are very different philosophical stances on life, but it basically boils down to Paragons are good people, Renegades are jerks. Funnily enough, though, I don't mind playing a Renegade, so it's not a mustache-twirling evil jerk, but a believable jerk.

This is absolutely true.  I ended up choosing renegade a lot more than I thought I would.
