so just out of curiosity, did u guys chose to save the city over the council? And did u put Captain Anders as the lead council member?
Most of my playthroughs, I choose to let the council die, and then put Anderson in as council member.

Yes, I agree 100%
You guys, tweeting Greg Ellis weird/creepy things is really embarrassing for the rest of us fans. I know we can't tell people what to do, but if you're going to do weird stuff like that, try to make it seem like you are speaking only for yourself, and not for the rest of us. Like I saw a few comments in other threads here on the forum about us "Cullenites." Since I consider myself part of that group, I honestly would rather people not speak for me, especially when posting embarrassing things
Umm I never tweeted Greg embarrassing things nor do I go in the main forums talking for other ppl.. soo.. yea.. if I have anything to say "embargo " related I say it here, if you dont think its amusing at times then.. sorry? It was purely just for entertainment

I've done both ways, but I usually choose to keep on task so the Council dies. I've always chosen Anderson for the Council.
It does seem like I'm running out all the time. I'll get a few, and then run out again. I can't figure out the pattern, if there is one. It's weird.
It's like they put the system in place to drive us to further insanity! lol.
It's probably totally logical, but still boggles the mind lol!
I saved the council if I remember. But I don't think it gets you much. Besides knowning the one green asari lived... probably until the reaper invasion, but still.
I put Anderson in charge, he was the ethical choice.
Saving the council hurts your EMS. Plus I can't stand Valorn. ![]()
Citadel YES! Leviathan also a yes, IMO. From Ashes *shrugs* and I never have gotten Omega. Definitely get the Extended Cut - it's free.
I don't have to worry about the From Ashes DLC, as I got the Collectors Edition when it first came out.
I have not touched it since beating it, but I promised myself if ME1 came out on the PS3 I'd go through again. But I'll definitely pick up Leviathan, and maybe Omega. I liked Aria pretty well.
EDIT: I meant in addition to Citadel. ![]()
Good grief! Why do I always have to be asleep when the good stuff happen??So Cullen is 100% confirmed to be in the game,oh dear, must contain my enthusiasm...Ah forget it,I can't! ![]()

It does make a difference in ME3, but I don't want to spoil her unless she wants us to.

Yeah, really. This. I have to admit seeing that someone asked Greg Ellis about the size of his nether regions, even if it was covered with an in joke, kind of made me want to crawl off and hide in a corner for a while. It's pretty uncomfortable. And then just to have a joke slapped on my attempt to ask to dial it back in a way that would hopefully not insult anyone... well... awkward. ![]()
I saved the council, and yeah I promoted Anderson
Do you want to know which is the "bad" decision?

what is the "bad" decision ? I saved the city instead of the council because they were jerks to my shepard and didnt listen to her at all, and yea I put Anderson as the council leader ![]()

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, actually.

It's not "instead of." You save both.

Saving the council
If you save the council, you lose points in ME3, which makes it harder to get the "perfect" ending.

how? the old members of the council died...

I just love when one of us wakes up to find out the wonderful news. It's such a cheerful reminder ![]()
...You actually lose points for saving the council? LOL
Never realized that before, I usually saved them and held out hope Shepard could moon them from the Normandy once the Reapers attacked.
Still cross I couldn't counter-air-quote the turian councilor in ME3.

You do?
Awesome!

Even if you lose points, I save them. I'm one of the weird people that like the council. Well, only the Turian. I'm still a little disappoint I couldn't "Ah, yes. Reapers." him. ![]()

Yeah cause it basically decimates one of the Alliance fleets lol But my Shepard always saves them, too; it's just who he is.

There was nothing I loved more than being able to hang up on the council during ME1.
That was when I fell in love with Joker. Alas, oh heart!
