20 hours? Surely he must be a companion. I mean I don't claim to know the inner workings of how long it would take to get a character fully VO'd, but surely that's substantially more than it would have taken for his role in DA2.

I don't know, but that sounds like he's a very very important character in DAI don't you guys think? (possible a companion?)

Agree, that seems a pretty substantial chunk of dialogue. Keeping fingers crossed that his part is meaty!!!

Edit: Looking at it again, he said "player character", which I guess could mean protagonist. I've never been clear on whether party members fall on the NPC-PC continuum.

Most of those sessions could be re-recordings, but since he's an experienced voice actor I doubt it would be much.

He said he was cleared for it, a couple times. We even asked directly afterward if he was gonna get in trouble and he said no.

He already confirmed that he cleared it with BW. So seems he's OK. I don't think, after last time, there's anyway he'd say this stuff without approval.
Hi everyone! I've been here the whole time but my state of shock made me go back to lurk mode forwahatever reason! Also I ran out of likes a while ago which was frustrating lol! Ok so those of you who know about theses things-four hours of recording, is that considered a lot? Five sessions four hours each PLUS his going in earlier seems pretty great! (Unless that really isn't much and I just don't know)

4 hours each? - Going vaguely by stuff that Jennifer Hale and Raphael Sbarge have talked about in the past regarding recording lengths, that seems substantial.

I work from home (I design jewelry, wrap lots of wire, etc), and there are a lot of reasons I'm glad of it.
I never thought, though,that I'd be able to add "It's nice because I can stalk the Cullen thread throughout the day for more news" to that list.
It's also about the most I can manage today- I have a sinus infection that's kicking my arse. So, carry on, and hopefully, I'll get my likes back soon.
