Sorry, folks keep going into little spirals of misinformation.
We know that Cullen is in. He said some vague things that have not been confirmed about having sexy dialogue and something even more vague about there being romance and "companionship" in the game. But he hasn't confirmed LI or companion.

I was at work, so using my phone gave me limited access... especially at the rate the thread moves.
To be fair, I think the devs are keeping mum because they're in an awkward position. They wan't to keep us not knowing, and the best way to do that is to tell us 'nothing is so unless a dev says so". Any more than that and they'd be confirming that he is, indeed, a companion or that he isn't.
So wait if he had VO sessions back in 2012-2013 or something like that and now he says he has 5 more.. that seems like alot of dialog

I think that they're having to update voice files because of all the new races, and the different classes as well on top of the races.

Naw, he said he's had 5 so far. He's also got another next week. He say's Cullen has a big role in DAI and stuff, so we can safely assume that he's at least a very important npc.
I don't know if what he's done so far is a lot of dialogue though, I've no idea how that sort of thing works.

And if I recall, he said in the twitter thread that it's good to wait for an official confirmation from Bioware before being sure that a character is a companion.
