I wonder what he got muddled about? Probably the whole revealing the VO session on twitter lol. Hope it wasn't a muddle about who he's voicing. :-S

I done some more research and she had sat in on a VO session 8 days prior. I'm wondering if maybe the VO session she sat in on yesterday was for the same actor? In which case she might not have been referring to Greg Ellis because 4 days ago when we asked him if he was voicing Cullen he said that he didn't know, but had a session planned.

Unless she's sat in on two different actors? ... It must be Greg Ellis this time because she mentioned yesterday about it being the character she's most looking forward to, she would have said something similar the first time round if it was the same VO in both tweets.

But anyway, if it's him she's talking about then from her previous tweets prior to yesterday's VO session she was editing the dialogue in preparation and apparently the writer based the character on her grandad, so I'm gonna presume that whoever the companion is (be it Cullen or someone else) will be a real gentleman in the romance stakes.

She seems very excited about it in a squee fangirl way lol.

This is interesting, those pictures that were leaked today is from a second survey on a different survey site in Germany. The description of the game from this one translates as the following:

""A portal between the worlds unleashes hords of demons in the land, civil wars rip apart nations and the corruption is limitless. Someone is behind the shadows, drawing the threads which destroy the world. Time has come for the Inquisition.

Take the Inquisitor's cloak and lead the only force able of bringing light into the darkness. Choose the direct method and gather your armies, send spies into the shadows or engage in a political war, make friends and use your connections indirectly: it is up to you how you lead the inquisition. But you'll have to take lead of it from the beginning. Make your player a rogue, warrior or mage and set up your crew from up to ten (!) complex companions to lead them against those who attack you by systematically spying on, revealing and destroying them."

If it's real and we will get 10 companion's to pick and choose from then that's plenty of room of Cullen to included.

Definately! That discription sounded way more interesting than the last survey's did. Now I hope these leaks aren't fake, if they are I will be heartbroken.

10 companions seems a lot!Kind of too much actually.
We had like 9 companions counting dog in DAO.
And 9 in da2 with both siblings and Sebastien.

And portal of demons....that could be really cheesy.Guess we 'll see.

But really sometimes less is more.

I'd take the "portal" thing as the veil ripping open completely, it's a German translation so it'll vary slightly.

It sounds like the same thing is gonna happen (the world at war with itself etc), but this description has concentrated more on the Mage/Templar thing.

The good thing about all this is that regardless of the possible fake survey leak and the real info we know so far (through Greg Ellis and DA team hints) both feature Cullen, so it's all good LOL!

Unless there are 10 companions throughout the game.... Like you have part A where you can chose from these 6 and part B where you have these other 6, with 3 constant companions overlapping. That would be fun. Even if that survey is something other than DA it sounds like something fun to play.

Also, are we sure that writer's grandfather was a gentleman and not a drunken D bag? Lol

Yeah i was reading some comment about "The breach" title....It would make sense.
I was picturing a real portal with skulls on it and somebody evil going mouhahah behind it ^^.

The thing I don't like about the description is the whole "you have to take lead of it from the beginning", I don't really wanna jump straight into the action like in DA2. I was hoping for a little calm before the storm, class origin, or small intro to the protagonist's life prior to the big adventure.

I don't think it will be as fast as DA2.
the beginning take place in Lothering during the Blight , it's a setting player were familliar with.
Now between DA2 and Da3 stuff happen like in Asunder , they have to introduce that somehow .
And how the inquisition begins , it's kind of a new order .
I do hope they give us some time to let all the informations set in before , giving us the key to Thedas ,a nice superhero costume and ask us to save the world

Yeah, that's a good point actually. Here's hoping they have enough time to impliment everything.

I'd definitely rather have some kind of intro as well. I may have cared that Carver bit it in the beginning if I'd had some kind of family bonding moment before he became an ogre's rag doll. I was only ticked when Bethany got axes because I'd already built her up as my damage dealer and then she was gone too. Tsk! (" c'mon, Anders.... Guess you're in the band now.")

Yeah, I would have bonded with the family better if DA2 had a playable prologue. DA:O got it right, the origin prologues were relatively short but in that small period of time it introduced our Warden, established the world around him/her and got us attached to the NPC's who were only very minor characters. Hell look at us in here, thanks to the Mage origin a lot of us grew attached to Cullen, got him put in DA2 as a major NPC through fan reaction alone AND now we're looking at a strong possibility of him being a companion/LI in DA3! In my opinion an origin/prologue can be one of the most important aspects in a DA game.

As horribly impatient as I am, i am willing to wait if they give me my money's worth. Some kind of info release would be nice though. I think we already have a vague idea of the plot line so what would the harm be? Unless..... What if DG has one more novel to spit out before the game. That would change things in the story.

It wouldn't surprise me at all!

I wonder if they'll do a couple of short stories leading up to its actual release like they did with DA2. If they do then I hope they do one about how/why Cullen ended up in Orlais.

Its definitely Cullen...

But Teagan's voice actor did several voices for DA:2 beside Gamlen. He was Lord Harimann too.

We need to start checking IMDB..........
