"it isn't final until it's final" that is, things can be changed right up to lock down for publish. And even then... How many games have an update same day as release?

This all reminds me of my first time playing. I had watched way too many YouTube videos and that's what made me decide to get it, I'd already been spoiled. I usually hate spoilers, but I wanted to make sure I did everything right and got what I wanted, because unlike Dragon Age, Mass Effect can make it not so obvious what you should say, and then you'll miss it. Or they ninjamance you when you didn't want them to. That happened way more for me than in Dragon Age.

 

And Dragon Age was sorta spoiled because husband played it first, and I kept hearing what was happening.

 

Inquisition will be the first time I fly solo. Pretty sure the first playthru will be beyond disastrous. But I'm actually looking forward to it.

Spoilers are bad. Wouldn't you want to experience it yourself?

 

I try to avoid the internet when a Bioware game comes out to avoid spoilers. I'd seriously be mad if someone spoiled a story-driven game for me like it happened in Heavy Rain. Completely killed the experience because I already knew the twist in the game.

I feel you. I went into origins not realizing that Wynne was a companion. Morrigan disapproved of me being nice to her, and I really wanted Morrigan's friendship, so I killed Wynne...

Sigh. Also somehow screwed up the Alistair romance even though I was playing as a human noble. I made a lot of mistakes going into origins... lol. I think i did DA2 blind as well. Not so much mass effect until the third one though.
