Ugh... big question is know: who of these 12 characters (excluding inqi) is going to be a companion and who is just advisor or whatever...

I tried to preorder on Origin, but I couldn't get the site to register my purchase. Probably because the work computer has trouble with Java or something. So I ordered from Gamestop. I'll probably get the game a day later (and I won't be able to pre-load the game), but the preorder bonuses are better.

I think the one you called some mage is acutally Leliana. I think some people are thinking the unknown rogue is Cole. But most disturbing to me is the fact that Cullen doesn't seem to move. I wonder if that means anything. Hmm...

Honestly, the whole scene looked a bit, well, cut out of the wood. Like BW just threw the characters in there with no purpose other than to just demonstrate them. So things they wear, their facial expressions and stuff, I wouldn't read too much into it.

I kind of don't really like his new amazing looks. I mean, I do like that he's so beautiful, but he just looks so different! And I wish they showed on his face that his life wasn't easy, and that he's aged. Because right now he looks 10 year younger, not 10 years older. I hope I just got the wrong impression because the picture was very small. But it's not a big deal, because I grew up during the times when graphics wasn't important for a game with a good story, so what is really important to me is how the character is written. If he is stil interesting, his appearance doesn't really matter.

Got the idea too that the characters are just put there, without a deeper reason for positioning. At least I could not find a certain patern.

Is that Leliana? I thought she had another outfit in the rest of the vid (or well, the tidbit we see of her), but quite possible indeed. And wouldn't the rogue be a bit too old to be Cole? I was under the impression that Cole still was just a kid (although fair enough, kids grow quite tall too). And as side notes: yay for tall elves (I notice that Solace is just a bit smaller than the male humans) and yay for Varric turning blonde again)

That is 100% Leliana. She was dressed like that on that War Room concept art, where Cullen was like, "Please, stop damaging the furniture!" Leliana also got younger and prettier. What can I do to age like people in Thedas?  Is it the Chantry thing? Cullen ages like Benjamin Button too.

Don't know if the emo kid is Cole. I think I need to read Asunder again. I forgot what it was about But I thought Cole wasn't a human?
