Aww, after forum updated, out thread lost some in the number of pages.

But I expect we will start updating again when DAI comes out, and people will come here to avoid spoilers I know I will. There's no way I can get the game in October.

I liked reading the Cullenparty things too. To be honest, I haven't been on twitter anymore since Greg announced the party... oops. I am not sure when I will get to play the game, as it appears that October will be a very busy month for work and I might even have to travel abroad during that time... (which is why I stated 'noes!' some time ago... not that I mind going to the US, not at all!)

Who else is going for the collectors edition? I am waiting for it to pop up, so I cam order it right away.

Me! Me! I have a Game Stop gift card that would cover the cost of the Deluxe Edition, but I've also set aside some funds to get the Collector's Edition. I'm holding off on the art book to see if it comes with the CE, but it looks like the release date had been changed to the release of the game anyway.

I preordered for xbox 360! Deluxe Edition. I'm satisfied with that. If they ever come out with something else, they'll probably package it all up and then sell it dirt cheap in like 3 years. That's when I snatch it up for my pc lol

I just preordered digital deluxe. I suspect the uber one will be a box with some stuff in it, like maps or posters. I have no use for these things. Besides we are going to move to another town by the end of summer, and I don't know which address I should give amazon And I don't want to lose my copy of the game in the upcoming chaos

Oh, I just hope we will finish this moving business by the time DAI comes out, because I don't want to think about boxes and furniture while trying to save the world

I think the problem with this thread is that it's supposed to be about Cullen in DAII, and I think we've discussed everything about his role in it already. And now fans are more interested in his role in DAI It was the same with Anders thread. The old thread just died out eventually.

I discovered something new in the 3.0 thread though. I've never had Oghren with me during Broken Circle, so I had no idea he offended Cullen at some point. Kind of feel bad for Cullen, nobody loves him in Origins.

I wish there was an option to say something nice to him after the Broken Circle. Poor Cullen.

Offtop: my kid and husband both got ill, and my productivity suffers now, both at work, and with art. Haven't touched my comic in 3 days ((( And I was getting to battle with Meredith. Finally, action, yay... I hate cold.

I wonder if I can give my Inquisitor curly hair.

Yeah, I've been ill off and on, tired and lots of headaches. Just can't keep up with the hyperactivity of other thread. Can't read all posts like I used to either (makes head hurt more). And I hate skimming.. usually miss vital new information that way. Which is a shame, as the Cullen thread was always the fastest and most up to date on things. Now if I'm gone 24 hours, sometimes it jumps 40 or more pages. Way too much for me, and I'm too slow to jump in randomly with something to say. And if I do, it tends to get lost pretty quickly. So I haven't been there much of late. 

 

Doesn't help that I'm a crotchety person who's always hated giant groups of people talking all at once   . Or large groups in general.. People in general, really. In person usually. But it.. feels loud in there if that makes any sense. This old thread could get crazy, but still retained the vibe of using our in-door voices.

Totally agree about keeping out the spoilers for now. But I think that we can discuss DA:I Cullen here in the future, when everyone here has done at least one playthrough?

Yes, it does make sense. Because it's difficult to communicate when you reply to something from ten pages ago, when the topic moved on, but you kind of still have things to say, and while you are typing, the topic jumps to something completely different.

And the best part? The game is not released yet! The 3.0 thread will explode in October! 

I think if it keeps growing so fast, I'll just stick to tumblr and this thread. And deviantart.

 

Now I'm thinking about Cullen's romance, and I'm a bit scared I'll get too enthusiastic. I remember I nearly assaulted poor Alistair on my first playthrough of DAO, and then I was regretting it, and started a new game to let him make the first move. I want to be more disciplined with Cullen Especially because after the achievement pops up - all the fun ends.
