I imagine Greg Ellis just recycled some of his inflections for Anders, since none of that was ever used for Cullen. It could be, like with Fenris, that both characters are close to his own voice.

And I only said that because even if Cullen was making a funny, Greg Ellis always seemed to use a completely different tone of voice between the characters. Kind of like Carth and Kaidan.
Undoubtedly the same voice, but just different enough.

Andraste did have several sons, what are they teaching these templars?

Funnily enough, one of the members of this thread made a Templar poster out of a picture of Paul Walker because he kinda looks like Cullen lol.

I think the Cullen bit in DA:O was just so small that the tone didn't get fleshed out. I think his voice in DA2, for example, sounds very different from those files. I anticipate GE settled in to the character at that point.
