Yea and hopefully we can find out more about him and his history in the next game.
*Fingers crossed*
I seriously think the DA team will have missed a big opportunity if they don't use Cullen as a companion/LI. I mean, love him or hate him his story is an interesting one that's certainly worth exploring further.

Definitely!
I think that the only thing that can bring me down about this game is finding out that Cullen won't be a companion. Even if he's not a LI, that would be ok, sad but ok. I just want more of him in any way, shape, or form! Preferably without clothes

Agree. And then sometimes they seemed to talk to each other more than to me! LOLadurnal wrote...
Oh agreed! i noticed however that certain companions in DA2 were alot more quiet than others. I like them to voice their views good or bad and i want Cullen to be vocal either way.berelinde wrote...
He doesn't exactly have a history of remaining silent when he's passionate about something, so I think he's going to be fairly outspoken. That's a good quality, as far as I'm concerned. If I wanted silent companions, I wouldn't be playing Dragon Age.adurnal wrote...
So do we see Cullen as a silent follower/companion or somebody who's going to voice his opinions?
I also imagine him speaking his mind, but in a round about sort of way. I sort of see him as the seethe in silence type, until he can't stand it any longer. Then you get a piece of his mind. He is a military man, so I think he won't want to question his fearless leader... at first.

It made me almost jealous sometimes, like am I invited to Aveline's solstice party? *sniff* I suppose that's part and parcel of needing more opportunities to chat with our followers.cacey lee wrote...

So... We've played the game before with DA2 companions, but what about the potential leak companions... Who would Cullen get along with, do you think?
Who would he not?

Well i saw the pictures but didn't hear who our potential companions are supposed to be. I do however think that while he's grown alot from "mages can't be treated like you and me" he's still going to be somewhat hesitant to trust a mage. At least at first, then as time goes on and they prove themselves to him he'll begin to trust them. Then again, if they're all "rawr... anti-templar, all templars must die" then that might be different.

I hope not , but I can see Cullen being uncomfortable walking around somebody that might be a demon.
Cullen and Cassandra are both pro chantry ...though she seems hot headed , and he seems rather calm. They could get along fine or not .If he's part of the templars that quit the chantry , they may clash.
It's kind of hard to tell, since we don't know him very much , and we don't know how the event after DA2 (templars quitting the chantry) affect him.We don't even know his position about mages , he may have soften up or not.Depending his position on the mage rebellion.
My guess is he won't be a fanatic. But i'm not sure he'll be 100% mage friendly.

Dunno. Cassandra is rather assertive, and she's used to having her own way. Cullen has been a leader before, so there may be a little tension while they work out the pecking order. People are capable of arguing about more than what should be done with the mages.cacey lee wrote...

I can see what everyone's saying about Cass... Her assertiveness clashing, but their core values being similar. I think the fact that she way outranks him will also be an issue... No matter whether he's still a non-Chantry Templar, a pro-Chantry former Templar, or anything else, he'll always be a Templar at heart. As the Divine's right hand and almost leader of the Seekers of Truth, she's the Man. I think that would make their interactions... Stilted to say the least. Plus, I always imagine Templars having a certain ingrained fear about Seekers, so I could see him being apprehensive about her at first.berelinde wrote...
