We may be in Orlais too, right? So maybe Cullen went there becaus he needed to report in on what happened in Kirkwall or something. Then something happens which causes him to stay with us. Maybe...rogue templars attack or the civil war.

If your leaving Kirkwall and he is too Id say chances are you hook up with him right away. I m sure Orlly is a destination you'll end up going too at some point.

That's a given! lol Our PC will be at the local tavern and he'll see him/her across the room. He'll saunter up, lean on the bar and say "If I had one wish it would be to change the alphabet so that U and I could be together." Then we'll puke on his shoes and he'll have to take us home.

With the subjective sexuality thing going on, I think I've pretty much already decided that in my DA universe Cullen will always be straight. 

 

Actually, I see him as pretty straight, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But I'm so greedy that I want him for my hypothetical DA3 hottie anyway.

Aww I love his new look.  It's not a scarf, it's more like fur??  It reminds me of my favorite DA2 outfit (yes I call them outfits, not armor), the warrior one that you start out with that has the fur around the shoulders.  My Hawke's always wear it throughout the whole game.  Tis sexy!

Also, maybe the scarf is symptomatic of Cullen leaving the templars and going all emo-hipster on us.

I agree! I think the fur looks very Fereldan! As my husband indignantly told LolaLei the other night: "Do you know how awesome it is for a man to wear the pelt of a predator?! That is the ultimate display of manliness!!" 

Let it be known, future-Cullen-shaggers-of-the-world, I AM PRO-FUR COLLAR!!!!

No I mean the magical blast that's mentioned in the survey leak, it's supposedly gonna take out a lot of the Chantries leadership, so that means it'll happen in Orlais.
