The problem with the rivalmancing thing is that it didn't really make things clear. Like for example just because you didn't approve of Anders "methods" didn't mean that you didn't agree with the mages plight, but of course he would end up presuming that you were anti-Mage.

Those were one of the reasons I couldn't rivalmance someone, it didn't make much sense to me.

Maybe they'll introduce a double system where their respect for you in a professional sense is seperate from their feelings for you as a friend and/or potential lover kinda thing?

Everyday I hear or see something new about Cullen and get even more excited for this game.....but if we don't hear something soon...I might burst.....PLEASE bioware keep me from bursting....we need NEWS NOW!!!haha

I couldn't do it! I just... COULDN'T!!! I fell behind for a few days and come back to over 60 pages?!?!?! I've spent the last 2 nights trying to catch up but when I refreshed the browser, there were 10 more pages! I just can't! You understand? Don't you? *sniffles*

Our society often objectify women, but on Bioware forum, men are the ones being objectified based on the amount of posts on Anders, Fenris, and Cullen. Is Dragon Age made in Russia?

I wouldn't call it objectify ...first they're not even real person...second , fangirls do comment on their body/beauty ...but it also goes beyond that.
They often try to understand the characters...and try to give them more life which is the opposite of trying to turn them into a pretty silent statue .

I wasn't really serious with my post, so it's strange when people are taking it so serious. lol

I do like to play out a fantasy setting where you can romance a hunky guy, so I'm not exactly innocence.

I 'm waiting for bioware to announce the romance , and then I will pick the prettier one, I always feel like going to the supermarket "ouh ouh I want this one!"

lol, that's how I choose LI in Bioware game, Alistair, Kaidan, and Anders. I'm like a kid in a candy store whenever they start to release LI information. It's kinda bad that I usually use mods in most of Bioware games to make all the guys shirtless.

Just thinking that if Cullen does end up as a companion, he's still a human male (until otherwise proven), so it'll probably be like pulling teeth to get any real into/video of him.
At least Dragon Age isn't as bad with that marketing trope as Mass Effect was, though.
