Maybe it'll be like ME2 were you have to work with someone/something you don't want to for the greater good, but later on you get to tell them to ****** off.
Thanks! I'll take it!
If Cullen was a companion, what kind of personal quest would you want to do with him? Varric had his thing with Bartrand, Leliana had her thing with Marjolaine, etc. It's a way to get to know the characters better and maybe understand something about them that you wouldn't otherwise. What would Cullen's personal quest be like?
Also, if you had the choice to "harden" him in that quest like you could with Leliana or Alistair, would you do it? How do you think it would change him?

One thing I fear is the dark past , I think the character is strong enough to have his doubts in his current situation.
Mostly i'm very interested to know where is loyalty lies ..Is he more loyal to the chantry or the templars?

Another one of Merricks Bastards.
I hope not, it was nice for Alistair's personal story, but it wouldn't pack the same punch a second time.

I'd also really like to help him investigate the Chantry's use of lyrium to help/control Templars and maybe get to the bottom of whether lyrium is actually that useful for Templars or if it's mostly used for keeping them under control and attached to the Chantry.
Hardening him... I don't know. I guess it would depend on what that does in the game, but it generally just makes a person bold enough to know what they want and take it, right? That could be pretty hot.

Those are some awesome ideas! Finding out about Cullen's past would be awesome - how he became a Templar, what happened to his family. Yeah, awesome.
I'd also really like to help him investigate the Chantry's use of lyrium to help/control Templars and maybe get to the bottom of whether lyrium is actually that useful for Templars or if it's mostly used for keeping them under control and attached to the Chantry.

Maybe that could be his personal quest to find out whether or not lyrium enhances the Templar powers and then try to find a cure to get him off the stuff.

Leliana... i don't remember what happens when you harden her. Doesn't she decide to kill Marjolaine and then go back to being a bard instead of staying with the Chantry?
