I can completely see that happening, even if it makes me sad to think of the Chantry's best hope of redemption being snuffed out. 'Course making her a martyr could make all the difference in the world.

... and then who would be Divine? I keep thinking there's a long shot that it could be Leliana, though that's not very realistic. Even for DA. Thank goodness Petrice has shuffled off this mortal coil. Yeesh.

Naw, only the Black Divine can be male. That'd be a serious switch! Especially since the Tevinters probably aren't real fond of Templars...
Come to think of it, I don't think even female Templars can become the Divine - it has to be a Chantry mother.

Naw, only the Black Divine can be male. That'd be a serious switch! Especially since the Tevinters probably aren't real fond of Templars...
