Ah, Lola, I love those ideas. Esp the ones for bringing up Cullen's tendency to fall for mages. That would be perfect, and a great leadin to discuss his past if you happen to have an Amell import.

I've been playing with the idea of him running into not someone from Kirkwall, but instead someone from Kinloch Hold. Sort of a "Maker is that really you? We heard all kinds of tales about you and Kirkwall... " Then, perhaps the response keys off of your DA2 import with what actually happened, and then it could also fill in the blanks a bit about what he's been doing since Act 3.

In that case, with an Amell import he/she could say something like, "Still can't believe that Amell went on to such greatness. Have you seen her at all since then? Always thought you two had an understanding..." To which he blushes and new PC raises an arch eyebrow. They could also reference Anders...
