Nah I doubt it. Too many variables because she was a romance option in DA:O. It would cause too many problems with some fans moaning that they can't romance her or other complaining that she's romancable when she should be with their Wardens etc. Mike Laidlaw mentioned on twitter that Alistair wouldn't ever be a party member again because of that reason, so I would presume the same goes for all past romancable companions from either games.

Even better then....I'm thinkin maybe Sandle,Feynriel,of cousre Cullen are the best choices(for me)

I figure that if any past companions do become companions in DA3 then it'll be the non-romancable ones. However, it's more likely that "the old favourites" are likely to be characters that were previously NPC's, like Cassandra and (hopefully) Cullen.

Maybe even some old favourite NPC's from DA:O like... erm... Teagan? LOL! I dunno, I can't think of any right now.

You know it's weird... no one ever talks about Sebastian coming back as a companion, when his story is so wide open and Starkhaven was once one of the hints for the Exalted March DLC. I personally would love to have him back... def want to know what happened to him after DA2... and whether I ever got to married him!!

Apparently Jowan was originally going to be a full companion, but he was cut early into DA:O development.
