This is slightly off topic and I already made a thread about it earlier, but I wanted to know what you guys thought of this.

I played DA2 today and whilst in Hawke's estate Sandal said something really strange that I'd never heard him say before:

Sandal: One day the magic will come back. All of it. Everyone will be just like they were. The shadows will part, and the skies will open wide.
Bodahn: Huh. What's this?
Sandal: When he rises, everyone will see.
Bodahn: By the ancestors, what's gotten into you, my boy?
Sandal: Enchantment?
Bodahn: Hmph. That's more like it.

It made me wonder if DA3 will involve this as it's main story? What with the Mage/Templar conflict maybe the Mage's end up unleashing/summoning something dangerous? It would be a good way to introduce Cullen into the game too if he managed to get caught up in all this whilst visiting the Divine to provide answers surrounding his involvement in Meredith's death.

Ohhh, I've never heard Sandel say that, gives me even more to think about!

Not sure, but I think you don't get a staff until you pass the Harrowing.

Did anyone else find it weird that in the cutscene where everyone is marching off to war, regardless of which you picked--templars or mages, there was more of them in the cutscene than there were available to assist you?

Agreed! On that note... would it not make sense that if a mage were trying to remain incognito s/he would wear something less robe-ish in the first place? Can't you get a sassy set of enchanted light leather armor - or hotpants?

lol. I respect everyone else's opinion, so please don't take this the wrong way ><. If you were to ask for my person preference...straight all the way. Some of the ideas are funny to discuss, but when I'm browsing for pictures and some of those boy/boy romance pictures show up, it really creeps me out sometimes.

I'm thinking, when I finish my fanfics, which I am considering to divide into two or three separate stories, after I might start one about Nathaniel Howe. The more I play Awakening or Dragon Age in general (especially the last time I played my Cousland), I wished so badly that I could romance him <.<.  At the same time, I don't have any thoughts on what I'd  want to write about, since I don't have a big crush on him.
