When did this thread start going at almost 100 pages/week? Oh well, it's the funnest one in this forum so no complains here.

Hey all just stopping in kinda quick...I'm freaken sick again grrrr...

but I had a rather cruel thought....we are assuming that if we are given Cullen as a companion he would be single. What if for some reason he ends up married already and just joins our party? How much of a bubble buster would that be???

I would be very disappointed, but I guess there is nothing we can do about it. As long as it's not to Cassandra because she's my second choice for LI to return.

I doubt they would bring back killable characters since many people were upset that Leliana and Anders are still alive even if you did kill them. Jowan and Fenriel won't be returning anytime soon, IMO.

I just hope the areas where we rest at night change depending on the situation, especially if we are going to be visiting different areas of Thedas. I mean, sure, a luxury Chateau is nice to stay in as a one off for part of the game, but it would get boring if we were staying in that same place for the entire game. Hell, even DA2 switched our home base up twice.

I really thought it was cool how in Origins we started out with our origins family, then moved to the party camp (and even it had a lot of variation because more people were always moving in) and that scene where the darkspawn attack shook things up a bit. Then you go and stay at Eamon's estate in Denerim and instead of it feeling luxurious it sets you on edge because you know big things are about to happen. I think Alistair even says he wishes you guys were camping again. Then you stay once in Redcliffe before the game ends!

So I think it'd be cool to switch things up a little when it comes to certain parts of the story or particular quests.

I'd have a serious fangirl fit if they brought Sebastian back as a party member. Was it this thread where someone suggested him coming back as a party member who'd 'returned to his helion' ways? I'd be all for that haha. It wouldn't happen though because of the potential of him being married to Hawke.

Also in other news, someone tweeted Adam Howden the Templar cupcakes I did for page 500.

The 10-Variation Icon Challenge.

The rules are simple. Claim one picture, any one picture, of Cullen. It can be your own artwork, someone elses artwork (with proper credit), a screenshot, whatever. When you've chosen your picture, post it here and claim it as the picture you're going to use. Then, make ten 100x100 icons using that one picture. You can add whatever text you want, filters, whatever. You can make it in paint, photoshop, paintshop, whatever you want. Everyone with a computer should be able to use paint or something similar. Each icon should be different, and that's the challenge. Once you've completed your icons, email them to me at Dejajeva@gmail.com.

You will have one week from today, the 7th, to complete this challenge. They will not be voted on, only one post where we will share all of our creations. If you want your icons to be anon, simply let me know in your email. I've done this type of challenge in other forums where there are creative people, and it's a lot of fun. Plus, since it has to be Cullen, it's a great way to keep this on track.

I realize not everyone will want to do this- my hope is that there will be all kinds of weekly and monthly challenges for all types of creativity, from fic prompts to baking challenges. Not to mention Halloween is quickly approaching and maybe for that we could do a costume/makeup thing. There's also the idea of secret santa online for the holiday season. There's LOTS to do!

This is a really great idea, Ave! I miss doing this kind of thing around here.

Excellent idea! I can't wait to see what everyone does with this. Fantastic way to pass time while waiting for more juicy Cullen related gossip or news.
