Honestly, I can only think that Cullen didn't know about these specific predations, despite how openly the Gallows folk seem to talk about them... I think it could be plausible that Meredith and the other knights deliberately keep him out of the loop. But if not... I do think it's rather damning.

Totally unrelated but I'm gonna tell it anyway... I heard from an ex cop ago about this dude that dressed like Batman for Rp with his lady. He set a trampoline at the end of his bed, jumped on it to launch onto the girl and knocked himself out on the cieling fan. The problem? The girl was handcuffed to the bed and had to dial 911 to get help.
