Do they usually announce companions right after the official announcement of the game then?

Last year they announced Varric and Izzy before the game was released. Once the game was released we heard about the rest, excluding Seb....But usually nothing until after it's announced. Until then, it's all speculation lol

I bet they won't tell us about Cullen until the last minute because he's eagerly anticipated lol.

Wasn't there also all kinds of talk about Fenris? Maybe just his name was released? Because I remember there being people speculating on if he was a werewolf.

I don't think they had said his name, but yes they did talk about him. I believe we got to know his name right around the time they revealed Anders being in game. Which we were teased about, they did say a Character from the previous games was going to be a buddy.

Im sure your right about that. Anders was announced with all the other LIs only shortly before DA2s release Mr, Evil Chris Did that Announcement.

Yeah, many of us just had this feeling it would be Anders.

Now, I is getting that same feeling for Cullen...I just hope they don't botch him....
