It is ridiculously gorgeous, I can tell you that much. If you search Frostbite 2, you'll see some great environment shots.

Haha, unfortunately, no. Mark pretty much summed up everything in his blog that can be talked about. But really, I can't wait for when more is announced, it's all pretty exciting stuff.

I'm thinking there needs to be a lovely little collective blog for the devs. Something every other week (when things get into full swing) where each dev can put up a sentence or two (or more) of what they're working on or thoughts on what's going on in the developement process. I bet it'd take the edge off for some of us.

Just saw the announcement !

Anyway , i kind of disapeared (busy playing sims , reading about serious stuff , and I did tried to make a video for the 500th page...mostly picture of people avatar , picture of cullen ,and stupid metal song "final countdown" ...found out i had really bad taste ,a wierd sense of humor and really sucked at creating a video/editing pictures etc...so i gave up ashamed .)

And today i got a virus on my pc ...spend a few hours struggling , thinking my pc was doomed /cry.
Eventually , got rid of the virus.

And i went to check the web , looking for something to cheer me up , and yeah!

DA3 *happy dance * again.

Oh, I'll probably keep reading, and this thread has some potential, but I said it all back on page 350-something (353?). The Inquisition has strong associations in Thedas lore. Handwaving all that and saying that the "new" Inquisition is a religiously neutral organization isn't going to fly. There are also ways to get the protagonist involved without saying that he or she was ever an Andrastian (e.g. Divine murdered, PC caught holding the bloody knife, PC forced to join the Inquisition to clear his name). Some are more ham-fisted than others. The only one that is a *guaranteed* no-sale is the one where the PC is a voluntary member of the organization. The others are probable no-sales, but there's a chance I might pick it up from the bargain bin if there's a plausible reason for the protagonist to involve himself in something he hates.

Anyway, people have to live up to their principles, right?

I'm not intending to discourage those of you who are less stubborn about your PC background! You got good news today, and I'm happy for you. I'd rather be happy for *me*, naturally, but I can always play through DA:O or DA2 for the dozenth time. Or you know, version up one of my BG2 mods. With near-infinite freedom as to the type of protagonist you can roll, the old games still have a fine, healthy player base.

But cheer up, Lola! Odds of PETA-blacklisted fashion accessories for (former) templars have greatly improved! Hmm, did you ever play a mage Hawke? What did you think of his/her fur hood?

Wow, that was pretty stinky. And, honestly a bit arbitrary. Just more fuel for my conspiracy theory that he is a companion, I guess.  All right.. whatever... I guess we'll just stay here and speculate. Pfft.
