I think ages ago they said the art style will be much the same, so I dunno. So long as Cullen looks much the same as he does now, then all good!

OK did my part, too. I feel kinda lame, that the top things I really really want, is basically Cullen as a companion. Don't feel as strongly about the rest.. prob since I just have faith it'll be great whatever they do.

So, what do you guys think the chances are now, of previously romancable characters from both games coming back as companions again for DA3? If we do end up having 10 companion slots, I'm wondering if any of them will be past romancable ones? Personally I severely hope not. I may throw a gamer rage if Alistair is in our party... partly because I'd be worried he'd be trying to romance my new protagonist and partly because I want new companions made up of past NPC's and people we've never met before.

No, just no. I dont want to see any companions, romancable, killable or otherwize return as companions. They can return as NPCS, a little sketchy as most were killable but sure. Oh and of course previous NPCS can return as companions *cough* Cullen *cough*. 

It just brings up so many issues, its not worth it.

Agree, past romanceable companions shouldn't be companions again. Too much room for angst, IMO. Or at least... they shouldn't then be romanceable again. I guess that works in ME, but not with DA's multiple protagonists.

Yeah I though about Nathaniel, as Id love to romance him as much as Cullen and he wasnt much of a Companion but... One I kinda prefered the love hate relationship that could have happened with Cousland and two it would be as much as an issue as any other previous Companion would be.

I could tolerate having one as a temp companion, maybe for literally one quest. But that's at a push. Personally I don't want any of the DA:O companions returning in DA3 aside from Morrigan and Shale. As for DA2, I don't mind them making cameos, because it makes sense that they'd pop up to say hi. So long as Hawke's LI recognises that they're in a relationship with him/her this time round *glares at Alistair*.
