Aside from Zevran, Alistair (somewhat) and some of the minor characters from Origins they didn't deviate the appearance that much. If he was a character who'd showed up in a one off like Merrill or Isabela than I think we should worry, but since he is so established I think he should be fine. It also depends on how much the engine changes the male human models and armor.

I will accept this scenario. As long as he shaves it. Beards creep me out if they're too bushy and unkempt.

I could tolerate that. Like maybe he hasn't had the chance to shave during his journey to Orlais, or he had to grow it to go incognito for a while, or he's lyrium deprived when we meet him and has just escaped prison/dungeon. BUT he'd have to shave that monstrosity off the minute we take rest for the night. 

Actually, that would be pretty funny. We come across Cullen all full bearded and we recruit him but think nothing of him in terms of attraction, then back at camp/home hub he shaves it back to his stylised stubble like how it is in DA2 and joins the rest of the party in the tavern. *Que feet to head shot of him topless, back to his former glory.*

omg has anyone ever seen the transporter? There's a fight scene where the yummy Jason Statham proceeds to "inadvertently" lose his shirt... While fighting in oil. I would have sworn to any deity the director was a female after this scene, it was so ridiculously gratuitous.

I think we need this for Cullen...
