Nah, they didn't kill him off (thank feck!) There's one more comic coming though, so we aren't outta the woods yet lol.

Oh, many more than one... the current series just started, and then I heard there might be a third series...?

I thought this current one is the last of the comic series starring Alistair and then there moving on to a new one?

Ah, there may be fewer now than I thought. The current series is only three isues (humph, the last one was six.). Then, I don't know what the story will be in the next series, if there is one.  I thought I had read that the storytelling focus changes (like this one has Isabela as a focus) even though the overarching story is still Alistair's quest. But it could be that the  next  series doesn't feature Alistair, I don't know... I can't  seem to find any info right now. Frankly I find it hard to imagine them wrapping up Alistair's story in two more issues, tho...

Yeah I doubt it's gonna end so soon though the issues are a lot longer than the Silent Grove's.

Lol he looks kind of dirty to be a noble imo, oh and I just remembered that char in the regal clothing with the clipboard. She might be your assistant who monitors all your...er...inquiring. She may even be a romance option like Traynor or Kelly.  OR she might be your annoying boss who kind of reprimands you...all the time. The annoying beurocrat who cites some regulation or maybe even a scribe who writes down your tale for future generations.

I was originally afraid that Dagna was going to follow me around like Bohdan and Sandal, only she'd be constantly chatterboxing behind me through Ferelden. At least she was cheerful about life though.

Oh? Why rage Berelinde? I alwways quite liked Aveline. She was my buddy in my first playthrough. She was always sticking up for the little guy, mage or not, even if she was a little heavy on the "make sure to keep your nose clean and don't cause trouble ..." That was her job though, so I didn't mind.  Aside from personality though, I liked her appearance, and there weren't really many npcs that looked like her.

Speaking of Aveline, some of those image swaps with Cullen are so sweet:wub:

So far the guys don't really have that many options and the options we do have haven't really made me drool...except sometimes Cassandra...yummy... Er uh...but she does look kind of Orlesian-y her clothes rather, she could be Rivaini for all we know...or might even be the Empress Celene. I mean I think we all assume she is blonde but we don't actually know do we?

I tend to romance the more "official" romances if that makes any sense. My Warden romanced Morrigan because her story seemed to have the happiest ending/ seemed to fit the story best and my Hawke romanced Isabela because well 1. Carver liked Merrill and I'm not a total douche 2. Merrill was to erm sisterly to me and 3. Isabela was in the CGI trailer kissing Hawke/made the most sense in the long run. (to me)

Yeah Aveline is awesome easily one of my favorite companions, mind you I don't hate anybody. Aveline was just great and despite romancing Isabela I always wanted my fiery haired temptress. I was uber pissed that I wasn't invited to the wedding though.

Aveline always seemed to ground my Hawke in reality. She would talk about dinner parties and how it would be funny to have Isabela around children and it sort of made me wonder what life would be like if the Warden and Hawke actually raised kids around their companions. I actually have a fanfic where in an alternate history my Warden and Morrigan raise Dagen Cousland (the OGB) and have to deal with Uncle Alistair or Auntie Leliana ...and Uncle Sten. It's a lot of hilarity mixed with quite a bit of tender moments.

You know... I think I enjoyed Isabela the most when I was girlcrushing on her during my Fenris romance. I didn't particularly enjoy her romance with m!Hawke, but I loved her friendship with my f!Hawke.  But then... that may be just another example of my inability to "love the one I'm with" with my DA2 LIs. LOL

I had more fun with the girl/girl friendship role overall but liked the f!Hawke romance over the m!Hawke. I know it's the same but I think for me it just felt more organic with the girls. I can't explain why if you paid me. lol

My Warden and Morrigan are off raising their kid doing whatever the fec you do "beyond Thedas and even the Fade". I always sort of imagine my Warden in full armor with an apron on bbqing while his son and dog look on hungrily while Morrigan facepalms in the background lol. Oh and the apron would say "Kiss the chef" or something equally cheesy.

@R2 She is smoking indeed and I do wuv my Izzy...*sigh* She is probably my favorite romance currently in any Bioware game (though Bastila comes in at a close #2) I just dunno about the future ones they haven't announced anything so worrying is irrational but I'm hoping for something more tame then I've personally had in the past going  from Morrigan to Isabela...

It was also kind of weird going where my Warden already er...planted his flag.
