You know... I think I enjoyed Isabela the most when I was girlcrushing on her during my Fenris romance. I didn't particularly enjoy her romance with m!Hawke, but I loved her friendship with my f!Hawke. But then... that may be just another example of my inability to "love the one I'm with" with my DA2 LIs. LOLmeanieweenie wrote...

meanie, not sure if you saw the original, but if not it's worth going back a few pages to thepost where charlottecorday posted the banners. I think she has a link to her original from last night. It defies explanation...meanieweenie wrote...
Lola, your tag just made me laugh entirely too loud.
That was so worth it..... thank you. I don't know how I missed that page!
Edit: I agree. Isabela rocks! I romanced her more than once just because I enjoyed her company the most... aside from Varric.
I had more fun with the girl/girl friendship role overall but liked the f!Hawke romance over the m!Hawke. I know it's the same but I think for me it just felt more organic with the girls. I can't explain why if you paid me. lol
Maybe it's just harder to step into a different gender role when you have a voice attached to it. I could never romance the male characters even as a woman but M!Hawke was awesome with the Isabela romance, it felt kind of odd though. He seemed like a wounded puppy...
Hawke: What about love?
Isabela: What is this thing you call love
Hawke:
Didn't feel particularly manly but it's what I would have done.
I just noticed I keep picking the companions who have issues with love. Morrigan thinks it's a weakness (turned her around), Isabela doesn't like Feelings (did when I was through with her) and likely Bioware's gonna drop the emotionally stunted female who seduces me just fer the sex again.
I feel so...used.

That'll be Cass, prepare to see her cry the first time you have sex... not because the Inquisitor is hung like a horse either!

Who knows maybe the CGI Inquisitor (if we get one) will be female and they'll make Cullen super important to the plot and I'll be there with you!
Otherwise it's either Cassandra or Sera...

Obviously I plan to try out each of them. But Cullen will be my number 1 choice, even if they make him look like the back end of a bus. That guy is gonna find love, whether he likes it or not dammit!

Pssh maybe not YOUR Inquisitor.
I still think she might turn the torture tools on me...she seems kinky that way.
Cassandra: Where are your fellow apostates!
Inquisitor: Oh terrifying Seeker I have no idea...you're going to have punish me...I'm SO sorry.
Cassandra: Who's a dirty dirty mage! *whippes*
Inquisitor: Yes! Oh yes ME!!!

Why do you seem happy there's a fire going on behind you...a tad creepy (don't take that the wrong way, you're not creepy just your childhood self)
