Well I was looking at that photo, the blurry one from Mark Darrah and I have to agree with Lola that it's probably a character in the middle of undeveloped land, like those areas where they test out combat and it's just a bunch of white blocks to signify where the character can and can't pass through.
On a side note if Darrah does this again I'm gonna scream
