If Sandal is in DA3 as a companion I want to be able to mother him. The love I hold for that boy is like no other. But seriously npc or not I hope this time round we get to talk to him more, he has more interesting **** to say than most of the DA2 companions...
He's ridiculously adorable!
I support mothering Sandal! Even my male protagonists would mother Sandal!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've had time to post. I've been lurking whenever possible. I've missed being here with the craziness and Cullen-y goodness! Nice to see you Motomoto! More later!

D-don't give them ideas, Lola! You know how they feed on our tears.

I kinda felt like maybe it was foreshadowing when Bodahn started talking about setting Sandal up for the future when he's not around anymore... Does not want. Ever.

lmao! Anyone see the episode of American Dad where Steve's freind Barry - the one everyone thinks is 'special' - goes off his psych meds and turns out to be an evil genius and talks like Gary Oldman? That's what this reminds me of.LolaLei wrote...
Precisely! Maybe we'll find out one of these days. Perhaps they'll learn that he's working with the Empress and try to cash in and Sandals like "FFFFFFFUUUUU NOT ENCHANTMENT B!TCHES!" ... And then not enchantments them LOL.

If they kill off Bodahn, I'll be one sad panda. Yeah, I definitely want to look after Sandal if something happens to Bodahn, but it isn't the same. They're all each other has. They have to be together. Seriously, I think I'd be less upset if they killed off Alistair.Dirgegun wrote...

Hell, I killed off Alistair himself during one of my playthrough since I can't romance him anyway.berelinde wrote...

And yes, I did pick up on the hint that Bodahn's days are numbered. I just hope it's like Wynne where she moans and groans about getting older throughout Origins, mentions it in passing in Awakening, and still manages to survive (and run laps around her 40 year old son) for another 10 years.

Hmm I read a lot of yaoi manga, so I have to say I'm a bit "done" with virgin characters... when the writer(s) make(s) an issue out of the character's lack of experience, anyway. There's nothing wrong with being or not being a virgin, and that would certainly influence how the character approached romance. But like others have said here... I don't want it to be play a key part in the development of Cullen's character and romance.
We might just have to agree to disagree about Isabela. I'm not going to rip your head off (or even raise an eyebrow) for daring to have an opinion that differs from mine, though. We all perceive characters differently. There is no "One True" anything.motomotogirl wrote...
And I will add also that I thought it was handled excellently with Alistair. It wasn't made a huge deal of at all. I think if Alistair had had experience with one or two people, he still would have waited to be with the Warden until he knew it was the right decision.
I also thought Zevran's promiscuity was handled well. But not Isabela's, and I say that because the writers seemed to want to constantly bring it up in her dialogue, cut scenes, banter, everything. It was like, I get it, she's free with her favors. It makes her a great character in the sense that I love seeing a woman who does as she pleases when it comes to sex and romance, but at the same time, it made her a sort of caricature or a person and not a real person.
