I still remember Alistair saying "maybe this isn't the best time....blah blah..sister..blah"
And I sat there thinking "NO! It isnt! We are trying to defend this town from corpses!"

What sort of romantic scenes would you like to see with Cullen? I don't mean the sex scene, rather the heart-to-heart personal conversations you have with him. What sort of setting(s) would you want each convo to take place in and why? Would your chosen environment be plot specific or have some sort of emotional/personal meaning for him? Or did you pick it for aesthetic reasons. Details please! :-D

I want one of two extremes from Cullen. I want him to either be completely, out of control fierce in his confession and first kiss scene, or so gentle and tentative and sweet that you walk away from the conversation not exactly sure who actually initiated the relationship.LolaLei wrote...
Ok, so I've sked this once before in the past, but now that we have new faces visiting the thread and we know that a new engine is being used, I'll ask it again:

So for the first scenario, I like the idea of it being just in the midst of or following a great battle or an escape of some kind. For the second, I like the idea of it being on the road or at camp. In the rain!

... Though that kinda seems like the reverse version of the Kaidan/Shepard scenario in ME3 lol!

At first I wondered if it was just some joke going around the writers pit, but it may well be legit. In which case, it looks like they're at least talking about him in some capacity beyond what we've see of him already.

Last night, for I don't know how long, I had a dream about DA3. More to the point, it focused on Cullen. I can't recall the specifics of it -- really the lines that were said -- but I'll say what I can remember.
1) When Cullen appeared, it wasn't in DAO or DAII form. It was in more of a.... realistic type of depiction -- for lack of a better word -- so I'd say it was what my mind figured he'd look like in the Frostbite 2 engine. And yes girls (and guys?) he was still attractive. When I saw him in my dream -- I think I was sort of "hovering" over the events -- I said "Damn... Cullen looks badass and awesome".
2) He was present at some sort of meeting between Mages and Templars, Seekers and the Divine, and... maybe other people? I dunno.
Basically what happened was there was arguing. A LOT of arguing. And some anti-Mage higher up in the echelons of the Templar Order spoke up about how he didn't understand how anyone could say they shouldn't crack down on the Mages and be strict.
To my surprise, Cullen spoke up. With a slight tremble in his voice, he gave a one-liner that completely destroyed the Templar's argument.
Sadly as I said I cannot recall the specific lines mentioned in this dream sequence. All I do recall was that it was using somewhat archaic wording and that it definitely conveyed a sense of guilt on his part and a real understanding of what truly needed to be done.
I wonder if it's one of my prophetic dreams. They've been known to happen to me before, and usually I can recall them in full detail. Shame that this was one of the exceptions.

You could always use it for fanfic, if you dabble with that sort of thing? Definitely sounds like it's worth expanding upon!

Oh that sounds like a pretty interesting dream. I've had prophetic dreams too which is kind of scary. But I sure wish I could have one about Cullen hehe
I've had one or two Cullen dreams, but they've never been epic like that one. What's cool is it's not unreasonable to imagine that something along those lines could actually happen involving Cullen.

I've only had dreams about Kaidan and Fenris a long time ago hehe. Yeah that definitely sounds like it would be a scene from the actual game or even a fanfic. I wouldn't mind if it actually happened like that.

Well I guess that settles it then... we need to take a collection and hire an emissary to go to all these things, gather intell and take pics.LolaLei wrote...
So apparently DG and co will be talking about DA3 at the Edmonton Expo. I wonder if that's only going to be for the those in attendance, or if it'll be a proper unveiling in terms of storyline/protagonist?

Looks like 45 minutes, no? 12 - 12:45pm?
Ooops, my bad you're right! I was looking at the wrong part of the timetable on the website LOL, looks like I need coffee to wake my brain up lol.
Well then, 45 minutes is a decent space of time to get details. Maybe this will be when we find out if we'll be the Inquisitor?
