I was so sad when Thrask died.  I liked him for some reason.

I mean this particular scene. There's some kind of coding fail in the Last Straw when Meredith confronts you at the end, and suddenly every templar except for Cullen is a girl. This has been the spawn of many a joke about why so many women suddenly decided to joins the templars... The reason being the obvious hotness of our dear Knight-Captain. LOL That's why he's now featured on a recruitment poster.

Speaking of which, I just posted my next chapter. I like how it turned out, but I'm not sure if it would be sticking true to the game or "realistic" to how the fans would want it.

That used to happen to me all the time. Frustrating, indeed. Esp when you're trying to publish on a schedule! I would go ahead and email them at support@fanfiction.net so they know there's a problem (whatever that error message is, if you're getting an error). Otherwise, clearing cookies, restarting  browser, rebooting, all the hammer-like fixes might help... ?

Also, I hate to mention it, but  ff.net is subject to virus dissemination from time to  time, often with their horrible pop up ads. I don't know if you know about AdBlocker (someone had to tell me about it), but it seems to work most of the time for me.

Now I have writer's block... x_x. I know the chapter will remain sometime in 9:27 Dragon, and I want to start there romance in it, but I don't know how to open the chapter--whether do another journal entry, and how to initiate the romance x_x

All this talk of a 100 Pages celebration sparked a fic that has just poured out of me for the last 3 hours! o.O I was attempting to go for lighthearted but it became more serious with hints of lighthearted here and there. And the original idea I had hasn't even made it into the story yet because of my need to make things believable. =/ I still can't believe I've nearly done a whole story in one session! O_O It's really more of a oneshot but it could weave into my Hawke/Cullen fic if I wanted it to. Hell, some of it could be considered a missing build up scene of that fic. The funniest thing? I wasn't going for any romantic tones in this and yet they seem to be there anyway.

If I wasn't so busy with my story, I was considering attempting to draw my character and Cullen, but trust me, my drawings are horrible. I need to look at something to draw it, I erase a lot, I use only number 2 papers, and I don't use any artist methods. lol

The posts I've made that detail my fic were all about my stalled mage Hawke/Cullen fic. The one I'm scrapping? I'm working on a different one but I wonder if I can't do both both? *strokes chin*

I have a passable talent for drawing and I'm trying to get the hang of digital drawing on a tablet but my go to medium of choice is whatever pencil or pen I can find and a sketch, but a notebook will work in a pinch if I just HAVE to draw something.

Whatever method works for you is fine. There's no wrong way to do art. Needing a reference isn't a bad thing. They teach you about how things are put together. Like noses! Do you have any idea how difficult I find noses?

Right now, as I just started my second attempt at a romance scene,  I just remembered something completely random from Dragon Age 2, just as I was about to have them kiss.

My sentence: Without further ado, she withdrew her hands from his and pulled his face towards hers.  Instead of pressing her face closer to his, she hesitated for a moment.  

Add: "Want a sandwich?"
