I really need to start saying "Balls" when I get frustrated from now on. Might get me some weird looks, and probably doesn't sound as cool without the accent.

Jennifer Hepler once told Galagraphia that we'd get more of his story. Don't remember the wording... I don't think it was "closure" tho.

You know this reminds me of a post by one of the VA for Mass Effect who talks about how Bioware records the voices prior to having the character full realized in the game though sometimes they like to have the sessions after the game is finished visually but not all the time. He might not be a romance though, I mean David doesn't like to make er fetish romances and although WE have said plenty of times why we like him outside of the appearance we will always be the fangirls...and I am proud to be a fangirl

This was after DA2 was out in the shops right?

... I dunno man, that just sounds like it'll be a bit part. Although, can any character really get proper closure in a minor role? Tsk. Come on Bioware, give the guy a chance.

I go back and forth between thinking he might be a companion to thinking it's likely he'll just be an NPC. Most of the time I am just trying not to get my hopes up lol. I can't wait until they announce it one way or another. Do you guys think -- if he is not a companion -- that they will announce this earlier than they would if he were? Does the elimination of certain people as companions come before the confirmation? I can't remember how that worked while waiting for ME3.

I think they'd announce companions before they dismiss it.

I just wish we had something a little more solid to go on. Part of me kinda wishes that the script or companions were leaked, just so we could get our answer and then get over it if he isn't.

Nooooo! I can't resist the allure of the leaked scripts! I want to try to keep everything as much of a surprise as possible. Even if it does make me all squirmy and impatient.

I'd come back here to rant, most definitely LOL! I don't think I'd continue to post much in here after though. I suppose it depends on how big Cullen's role as a cameo/NPC would be, what his "closure" is and whether there was a chance that he could still be a companion in future DA titles.

Personally, I feel like this is probably his last chance at becoming a romancable companion.

I would try not to, but knowing me I'd end up reading the whole bloody thing. I guess ideally just a companion leak would be better, since it wouldn't ruin the game itself.

I'd return to recruit some minions to follow me in my plot to take over Bioware headquarters, then promptly force them to create a strictly Cullen romance DLC.

I agree I cant see him being a LI after this game...unless they go in the past but I dont think thats going to happen.
