Just a quick question ... to which I probably know the answer already, but just in case I missed something.
Can you purchase BW points and give them away to another account or can an outsider buy BW points and give them to a particular BW account? Basically like you can buy stuff in Steam and gift it away to another steam account.

I don't believe that there is any official way to do it. However, EA technical support can be helpful. You can email them, or chat with them via IM. I did this recently to clear up some issues with me having multiple accounts, and they were pretty helpful. Well, as long as you know the birth date you put on there...

Currently, you cannot transfer BioWare points from one account to another nor purchase BioWare points for another account from your account.
