Ok, so about a month ago, I bought DA:O ultimate edition and installed it and it was completely fine. I got a new laptop though and wanted to install it on this new laptop. Problem is though, it asks for a code before it can install now. Clearly, I've used my code so it wouldn't work. Plus, my code is 4 'boxes' while the game has 5 as my code was to be used by july 30th. I've downloaded Origin but it's no help at all. Can anyone help me out?

Offhand, it sounds as though you need someone official to look into it, which means EA (see the link at the bottom of the page in the "Help" column).

There are probably two different codes with the game. First code is the serial key, or the license key that proves you own the game and allows installs. The second code is probably your bonus content code, which you enter either ingame or at this site under promo codes to unlock content for your game, which is then downloaded and installed. So my guess and probably Obakasama's is that you are trying to use the bonus content code as the serial key instead of using the correct code to install.

Oh that's what the problem is. I was putting in my DLC code. I've done what you said and it's installing now. Cheers for the help
