I have to admit I did 'wham, bam, thank you ma'am' Miranda in ME2, given she's very much in ME3 I would like to vote that her sister is also in ME3 as a LI. Just because I would like to see the drama it would cause if did her in ME2 then did her sister in ME3.
For the drama it would cause on the Normandy.
