Therefore, I find this thread to be completely ridiculous and find it sad that the best thing you could come up with for a thread was hating on a character.
People can take an opinon and like it or not. Of course there will always be those people who will take something out of proportion and snap lines like, "This character is stupid or ugly." Without any backing. These people are, of course, just trying to stir up people's emotions, like yours. So, in this case, why I am backing this thread is not to propagate such inoperable statements, but to fuel true intellectual debates upon Miranda's character in Mass Effect 2.
If you have the right to say that you think Miranda's just peachy, than that is great. I'm am happy for you. But I would like to talk about the reason why other people don't like her, which--believe it or not, may be deeper than your percieved notions of such. (ex. appearance, initial personality, ect.). This isn't hate, not really. And defending you're character's character by saying, if you don't like her than kill her off, isn't a very good defense. We are not talking about taking her out comepletely, but there is a reason why her character wasn't as popular as say Liara, Garrus, Tali, or perhaps even Kaiden or Ashley. I wish to talk about what this reason was. Nothing more, nothing less.
