Operational Mastery is the name of the Infiltrator's class passive, it isn't the name of the heavy melee attack...I'm not sure if that's what you meant but just to clarify.

The Infiltrators heavy melee is a left handed Omni blade but charged electrically.

I have no idea, I meant just visually. I saw one use of it and it looked bland, the Engineer's really burns though so I was hoping for electro-shock or something.
