I think he's likely a commander we meet on Palaven's moon.

Turian could be Sidonis, i havn't played ME2 for a while but i think it looks similar.

And yellow Geth does indeed look like a bumble bee.

I am curious about the location they are in with the turian, it could be palevan (or it's moon) or it could be the citadel and they are trying to find a way to penatrate the tower's core.

Didn't Sidonis have some purple face paint [link]? I see no purple face paint on the unknown turian. Also, unknown turian's fringe looks browner and has whitish markings that Sidonis lacks.

I don't think it is Sidonis, I think Sidonis will show up in ME 3 but that particular turian looks like he is in some sort of military role.
