 It's Lilihierax. That's not paint on his face, it's shadow. He doesn't have markings.

Not the right colour scheme for Li. Pretty sure it's a turian we haven't met yet, he has hints of purple tint, similar to Warden Kuril if you look super close (though he is technically a bareface).

In terms of carapace/skin colour, Mystery Turian is very close to Garrus which is odd considering most turians we see in-game are either really dark (think Lorik, Pallin, Valern, etc.) or very brown (Li, Kuril, Gavorn, etc.) or grey (Saren). Garrus is like.. the only turian we ever see with that sort of colour scheme so it may or may not be coincidence that this Mystery Turian has a very similar combination. Eye colour is also consistent with Garrus though the image is a bit dark.

The yellow geth looks like a pyro (has a tank, just like vorcha pyros and arrival-researcher pyros) with the M-451 Firestorm (edit: all ME2 pyros used the Firestorm).
What weapon is Shepard using in the second picture? Also: is Shepard's weapon in the 3rd picture a Revenant?

I thought it was Sidonis, too....until I looked closer at the facial markings. Sidonis has 2 light purple "stripes" on each of his mandibles, the turian in armor has white markings running up from his mandibles all the way back to the sides of his fringe

What I love about this screenshot; obviously the new Turian. But also look at what he's doing, it looks like a briefing, similar to suicide mission in Mass Effect 2 (hopefully we will see more of this).Also Liara is looking very smug indeed.

There's no new footage per se, they just played through Sur'Kesh twice with different classes. Check BioWare TV if you're interested.

I am thinking that is a strong possibility,  I am also wonderinf if that could be the citadel tower that they are looking at and trying to get into it's previously inacessible core.
