Two things: What does that Geth have for a head, and are those patterns painted on the legs from the diamond-shaped Cerberus symbol?

Three big flashlights this time. I checked the grab from the demo and there is nothing solid that points to Cerberus. Colors sure lean that way though.

That Turian doesn't have any facepaint we've seen before (check the mandibles and the fringe). It's a new guy, probably briefing you for some mission or something. He also has pretty ****ty low-res texture on his armor.

I wouldn't worry too much since it looks like the beginning or the end of a heavy melee animation.  The lighting animation looks more tech than biotic, but I could be wrong.

He COULD be a replacement for Garrus as a squadmate if he's dead on your save.

I'm going to put this out there one more time: isn't it quite possible that it's a Turian who is part of the military at Palaven coordinating an attack plan with Shepard who we have NEVER met before? I don't think the game is going to be ME3: Serendipity. There will be new faces and content.

Yeah the problem with it being Sidonis is that I think it's possible to have both Sidonis and Garrus dead in one playthrough.  So it's unlikely Sidonis could be a replacement for Garrus during a Turian mission(s).  Sidonis might be a replacement for someone else or like Biotic Sage said:  It could be just another Turian NPC which happens to have the same tattoo/clan.

look again fool, they're entirely new tattoos. It's a turian we haven't seen before.

That Turian must be the leader of the Turian Hierarchy. He must've stayed on Palaven to try and protect it or something and Sheperd will have to help him.

And I'm also willing to bet the new Cerberus enemy is the 'combat engineer".

It isn't Sidonis.  Tattoo's might be the same colour, but the Turian in the new pic doesn't have facepaint on his forehead, Sidonis doesn't have facepaint above eyes and the facepaint on the jaw thingies is in different places.

There's a strong possibility for that, since he's using something that looks like a pistol. Like most enemy Engineers do.
