I don't think it's Garrus' brother [as far as we know he doesn't have one] or father [wouldn't they have the same facial/colony markings if it was?], haha.

Because despite what you think about him, his famliy and in particular his dad, is one of his first and last character developments in the series so far. His dad's influence helped put him to c-sec, and by extention our meeting him and saving the galaxy.

Garrus and his dad has a few things they need to work out, not least of which is Garrus' dying mom.

This thing with the Turian is driving me nuts and we are probably not going to find out until we get the game who this guy is or what is he is doing. I am guessing he is at the very least a high ranking turian military official or he could even be a spectre for all we know.

I think we all want him to be someone old so we don't have to accept that he's a new character whose name we'll never guess.

Personaly I think he is someone new, I don't recognize him as any of the turians I have met in either game but then again that armor could be throwing me off.

lol I got a laugh out of that one. It does look like Sidonis! But of course it isn't .. at least I hope not. 
When I saw this on facebook today it was a real treat! I can't believe how happy this nameless Turian makes me! 
So defenitly thinking he's a leader. And some of you are saying he's Garrus Dad? Dang thats going to be an awkward "meet the parents" for those of us who romanced Garrus. o.O
