Hello. I just bought a copy of Mass Effect 1 in my local game store and I have been trying for days here to find a way to register my product, so far no success. I've also seen something about a free dlc "Bring down the sky" if I register here on the boards. But I cannot access the support site to even tell them I have problems!
Here is my problem ->
I cannot login to ea support site! My account works everywhere else. I can login to Origin and to these forums without issues but not the support site where I can get access to my personal questions and answers etc. It just reloads the page like nothing ever happened.
I tried getting a password reset on my account and I got a mail and that seemed to work just allright, but its like the page is glitched, comes right back to the login info. If I type in wrong info on purpose it sees that too, so I'm not sure whats going on. Any help would be a tremendous help. Ty.

Ok, ME1 is too old to register on the site, and the old site you could register it on got hacked so they took it down. There is a Bring down the Sky dlc that they are giving away, but you have to be able to chat with the tech support to get a key. Links to the dl are in the sticky above. You don't need the content to play, but it is nice to have.

Thank you for the quick reply. I understand that Mass Effect 1 is old and I was hoping it would still work.
On to the topic -> That link is the one I normally go to and I have the same problem. Just realized I always used chrome so I switched back to Internet Explorer to see if that changed anything, it didn't. Gonna try to disable popups, addons just for this site, if I can find the options.

Are you using any special characters in your Password, such as $%^*&, if so that also might be the problem, as some(most EA) games can't use them, and it wouldn't surprise me at all to find out some parts of the site can't either.

You will need to PM one of them. None of them are reading anything in this forum. Don't forget, there's no official support here. None. EA is it, period. Refer to the last, or next to last page in the game manual. There is an EA phone number there.
